Finance. Accounting. Systems.
A connected perspective.

Planning for the business, building confidence in the numbers, and improving how teams, processes, and systems work together.

Financial Leadership

Budgets, forecasts, financial models, and performance reporting. Partnering with operational leaders to understand results, weigh tradeoffs, and plan the next steps.

Global Controllership

Leading international accounting teams across technical and operational accounting, revenue, multi-entity close and reporting, reconciliations, controls, and audit readiness.

Transformation & Systems

Designing finance functions, clarifying roles, and improving operations, processes, and controls. Aligning supporting systems with the work and helping teams through change, from organizational redesign to ERP implementation and adoption.

Lead by listening.
Help people succeed.

Servant leadership is central to how I work. I lead by listening, understanding the work, and helping people develop the confidence and capability to do it well.

I connect what the numbers mean with how the business works. That starts with listening to the team, following the work, and agreeing on the problem before choosing a solution.

I partner with executive teams and board members to shape finance transformation priorities, evaluate systems decisions, and guide organizational change.

I began in audit at PwC and moved into finance and accounting leadership—building business-unit budgets and forecasts, developing financial models, partnering with operational leaders, and preparing reporting for private-equity-backed businesses.

As a Global Controller, I led international accounting teams through organizational change. The work brought together technical and operational accounting, multi-entity close and reporting, controls, and financial systems, with clear responsibilities and review routines.

My role as a leader is to set clear expectations, remove obstacles, and give people the support and authority to own their work. I address gaps in skills, capacity, processes, and controls with the team, and make space for learning, feedback, and adjustment.

Design the function.
Guide the change.

My transformation work spans accounting organization redesign, finance operations, controls, and ERP decisions. I connect these decisions so the structure, day-to-day work, and systems support each other.

A business lens

I evaluate priorities through revenue, cost, cash flow, asset utilization, and risk—connecting the work to profitability, liquidity, capacity, and financial exposure.

People & Structure

Clarify responsibilities, reporting relationships, and decision authority. Identify gaps in skills or capacity and plan the transition while keeping essential work covered.

Operations & Processes

Follow the work from transaction to reporting. Improve handoffs, reconciliations, approvals, and review routines, with clear owners for the process and the exceptions.

Systems & Data

Translate business requirements into system architecture. Align the chart of accounts, entity structure, and integrations with financial operations and reporting. Establish shared definitions, data owners, and quality checks so teams can rely on the information.

Change management in delivery

Help the team own
what comes next.

Agree goals and measures of progress with leaders and affected teams. Involve the team in design and testing, explain what is changing, and sequence the transition around priorities, capacity, and dependencies.

Keep leaders, employees, and delivery partners informed about decisions, responsibilities, and timing. Support adoption through training and feedback. After the transition, review results with the team and keep refining the routines.

Technology and AI can support analysis and reduce manual work. Accounting judgment, controls, and accountability remain with people.

An accounting foundation.
A broader perspective.

Experience across public, private, venture-backed, and private-equity-backed organizations.
